Trainer profile: Kin Sze
Kin Sze is the founder of Personal Trainer Toronto. He is a lifelong martial artist who also holds the Registered Massage Therapist (RMT) designation with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario. As a massage therapist and as a trained engineer, he has a unique perspective on the mechanics and importance of structural balance of the human body.
Kin Sze believes that identifying root causes and resolving issues can help deliver measurable results to his clients.
With his extensive knowledge and experience as a martial arts coach, massage therapist, he will help get you to where you want to be - guaranteed.
Kin is certified in Fascial Stretching Therapy so, he helps clients to improve flexibility.
Martial Arts Training
Kin Sze is also the founder and lead instructor at Bamboo Kung Fu in Toronto. He has more than 30 years of experience in martial arts, specifically in the art of Choy Li Fut kung fu styles. He is the prodigy of late Grandmaster Paul Chan, founder of the Hong Luck Kung Fu Club in Toronto.
Kin Sze is an award-winning sanshou (Chinese kickboxing) fighter and a forms competitor. He is a silver medallist at the 2001 Canadian National Sanshou Team Selection and he also received silver and bronze medals at the 2004 First World Traditional Wushu Festival in Zhengzhou, China.
Kin Sze is active in the martial arts, as a student, teacher and coach.

- Registered Massage Therapist RMT with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO)
- First Aid and CPR certified
- Fascial Stretch Therapist Lower Body and Upper Body Level 1-Stretch to Win Institute
- Strength and Conditioning Specialist Level 1 and 2 – Poliquin International Certification Program (PICP)
- Coaching certificate in Sanshou issued by the governing body in Beijing, China
- Traditional Chinese martial arts instructor (Sifu) in Choy Li Fut kung fu
